JOB SUMMARY :  TECHNICAL PAYROLL SUPPORT OFFICER; FULL-TIME; PERMANENT The Technical Payroll Support Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of payroll processing under the guidance and supervision of the Payroll Development Manager.  These duties require an IT background, a strong understanding of payroll systems, attention to detail, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
