JOB SUMMARY:  SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:  The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the software quality assurance team, ensuring that the HRplus software meets established quality standards and complies with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Team Supervision:  Assign testing tasks and oversee the work of QA officers.

  • Quality Control:  Ensure software tests identify defects and meet quality benchmarks.
  • Process Improvement:  Evaluate test results and recommend improvements to test plans.
  • Training and Development:  Guide team members on tools and methodologies.
  • Compliance and Standards:  Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation:  Maintain records of testing procedures and results.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Education:  A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise:  Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency:  Proven expertise in testing frameworks, automation tools, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:  Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve software defects efficiently.
  • Industry-Specific Experience:  Previous experience with HR and Payroll software is highly desirable.
  • Leadership & Communication:  Excellent team leadership, customer engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
