HRplus Application Trainer

JOB SUMMARY:  HRplus Application TRAINER

The HRplus Application Training Officer plays a critical role in identifying skills gaps, conducting needs assessments and implementing tailored training programs for HRplus Software’s staff.  This role ensures the effective application of the HRplus application by monitoring post-training performance and fostering an environment of learning and professional development.  Success in this position requires a non-judgmental approach and a supportive attitude toward staff growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitates HRplus application skills acquisition and maintenance for employees.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the HRplus application and its modules including new developments.
• Creates training manuals and documentation in various formats.
• Conducts detailed needs assessments to identify skills gaps and addresses them through training.
• Monitors employee performance post-training in collaboration with line managers.
• Acts as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support for their development.
• Assists in maintaining the organisation’s learning platforms by creating, revising, and updating articles, resources, and multimedia content (including instructional videos) to ensure materials remain current, accurate, and engaging.
• Handles additional related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Management, or related fields, with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in e-learning development and multimedia training solutions.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven track record in creating diverse training materials and implementing successful training programs.
• Uphold values of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality at all times.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English would be an asset.
