JOB ROLE: SALES OFFICER - JAMAICA
This is a full-time, permanent, remote role for a Sales Officer in Jamaica. The Sales Officer will be
responsible for identifying and acquiring new medium and large customers in Jamaica. They will
develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct sales
presentations and demonstrations, and negotiate contracts. The Sales Officer will collaborate
with the HRplus’ team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Demonstrated sales experience in the software or technology industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, or related domains will be an asset
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in B2B sales and working remotely is a plus
• Experience in preparing sales and other CRM reports
• Knowledge and experience in market research and competitor analysis will be an asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Ability to close deals and meet/surpass Sales Targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or other relevant field
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
