Job Description: Digital Marketing and Client Acquisition Specialist – Payroll Outsourcing Services

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing and Client Acquisition Specialist to lead efforts in expanding our payroll outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with at least 3 years of experience, a proven track record in client acquisition, and a solid understanding of software and technology-based services. This role focuses on leveraging digital strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospective clients while fostering long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote payroll outsourcing services across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimize online campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Enhance the company’s online presence through SEO/SEM strategies, improving search engine rankings and website traffic.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and landing pages to attract and nurture leads.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and ROI for all digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients through data-driven digital campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to reach decision-makers in HR, finance, and other relevant departments.
  • Create and manage lead-nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are effectively handed off for conversion.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine strategies for reaching new clients.

Brand Development:

  • Strengthen the company’s brand presence and reputation through consistent and high-quality digital content.
  • Manage social media accounts to increase engagement and build a community of followers interested in payroll outsourcing solutions.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blogs, and case studies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing with a focus on client acquisition. Experience in marketing professional services, such as payroll outsourcing or HR solutions, is a strong advantage.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
    • Proficient in SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and email marketing.
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of technology-based solutions or software is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
