JOB SUMMARY:   HRplus Application TRAINER The HRplus Application Training Officer plays a critical role in identifying skills gaps, conducting needs assessments and implementing tailored training programs for HRplus Software’s staff.  This role ensures the effective application of the HRplus application by monitoring post-training performance and fostering an environment of learning and professional development.  Success in this position requires a non-judgmental approach and a supportive attitude toward staff growth.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates HRplus application skills acquisition and maintenance for employees.
