The Technical Documentation Specialist (TDS) is responsible for writing all system software documentation. These include but are not limited to release notes, user manuals and “How-To's”, interface documents, customizations, reports, and reference guides.  He/she must maintain the standards and follow the processes and procedures of HRplus Software Ltd.  The TDS must have: Excellent soft skills, communication etiquette (written, verbal, and listening), and hard skills. Be proficient in using a Personal Computer, and the MS Office suite. Be able to learn new systems and tools, with the goal of continuous documentation and user manual creation for the HRplus Software Application.

Job Description: The executive assistant reports directly to the CEO and provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and results-driven.
